Beta web App Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the beta test of our mobile application ("fitnessreward.nl"). By participating in this beta program, you ("User", "You") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not install, access, or use the App.
1. Beta Test Nature
You understand that this is a beta version of the web App and is made available for testing and feedback purposes only. The web app may contain bugs, errors, and incomplete features. We make no guarantees as to the performance, reliability, or availability of the web App.
2. Eligibility
Participation in the beta is limited to a select group of testers. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
3. License & Use
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the web App for the duration of the beta test solely for evaluation purposes.
4. Personal Data & Privacy
By using the App, you agree that we may collect, store, and process certain personal data, including but not limited to name, email address, device data, and usage patterns. 5. Rewards & Third-Party Suppliers
As part of the beta test, you may be eligible to receive a fixed-value reward redeemable from two independent suppliers:
One provider of a new energy drink
One food supplier
These products are provided by third parties, not by us.

.We make no warranties regarding the safety, quality, or suitability of the products.
.You agree that you consume or use these products at your own risk.
.It is your responsibility to verify all ingredients and avoid products that may cause allergic reactions or adverse effects.
.We are not liable for any injury, illness, damage, or loss resulting from your use or consumption of third-party products.
6. Feedback
You may be asked to provide feedback, comments, or suggestions ("Feedback"). You agree that we may use this Feedback in any manner without compensation, attribution, or restriction.
7. Confidentiality
You agree not to publicly share or disclose information about the web App, its features, or other aspects of the beta test unless we give you explicit permission.
8. Termination
We may terminate your access to the web App or this beta test at any time and for any reason. You may also stop using the web App at any time.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or performance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the web App or participation in the beta test.
11. Governing Law
